Our 2021 Budget Informational Meetings, in preparation for the Annual Congregational Meeting, will be on Sunday, January 17 at 10 a.m. and on Sunday, January 24th at 10 a.m.

The meetings may be joined with audio/video using Zoom from a computer, tablet, or smart phone. Or, the meetings may be joined with audio only using a phone. If we are allowed to gather indoors by the time of the meetings, additional information will be provided on how to attend in person, which will be limited.

The Zoom meeting ‘room’ will be open at 9:50, with business starting promptly at 10:00 a.m.

If you are using a computer (desktop or laptop) you need only to follow the meeting link and enter the password if prompted.
If you are using a smart phone or tablet, you will need to download the Zoom app beforehand. You can do that in your app store. After clicking on the zoom link to join, if the option “use computer audio” comes up, click it.

Upon entering the meeting, you will be in a ‘waiting room’ until the host admits you. This is for security reasons. If you are using zoom video/audio, please use your full name so we can identify you. Once you are admitted into the meeting, everyone but the host(s) will be muted. The host will ask participants who have joined by video to raise their hand to speak. The host will periodically unmute participants who have joined by audio to ask them if they wish to speak. The hosts will mute and unmute all participants, as needed, to ensure only one person speaks at a time and to ensure all people who speak are heard.
